A retired senior army officer, Mr. Brown possesses a versatile program management background. During his service he was a Level III Certified Program Manager with considerable experience managing multiple, complex, and geographically dispersed programs in various phases of the acquisition cycle. Strategic thinker focused on planning for program success and possesses a comprehensive understanding of both Department of Defense (DoD) and Industry program management. Highlights of his executive management career include:
- Top-Secret Security Clearance with special access
- Meeting international and domestic customer needs; managing change
- Managing resources in a manner that effectively supports the program
- Analytical; skilled at synthesizing and analyzing data to develop and apply solutions
His experience includes a record of maintaining cost, schedule, and performance for complex programs; meeting and adjusting to international and domestic customer needs; managing resources in an effective manner; independent management of several classified information operations programs in support of the Department of Defense; constant risk assessment to reduce overall program risks; establishing working relationships and coordination with government officials, support contractors, manufacturers, shippers and the War-fighters.
As a service disabled veteran, he was uniquely positioned to understand the needs of this population, and this became the impetus for the foundation of the Stranpoint Group. A company dedicated to delivering solution-driven services for our clients by a teams of highly-skilled, executive level military retirees, veterans, and civilians. This mission and vision initially inspired Gil to found HH&G, Inc., an asset based broker with contingency cargo insurance and a Dunn & Bradstreet credit rating of over 90 (among the best in the industry). HH&G has over 8-years performance history which surpassed the standard Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for a brokerage company by becoming fully compliant with the Department of Defense (DoD) requirements.

Co-founder of Stranpoint Group, Terri’s mission is to ensure that the best talent is identified, evaluated for compatibility with the company’s framework and culture before hire. Having served 20-years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, her tested senior-level managerial experience is a key asset adding to our strengths and capabilities. Her background managing human capital issues for large organizations was guided by the principles of the Society for Human Resource. Her shrewd observations and keen discernment make her indispensable to the company’s growth.
With a record of strong leadership, her nearly three decades of business acumen and delivering results at ever increasing levels of helps her to expertly navigate risk while maximizing opportunities to best position and support the company, its stakeholders, clients, and team members.
Terri’s analytical talents contribute daily to Stranpoint Group’s strategic planning. She works closely with Gil and Ayanna to develop initiatives to expand the company’s presence and meet other business goals. She is comfortable interacting in the public, private, and military space. Most notably, she worked in support of the U.S. Senate during the 111th Congress.
